— The West Milford Farmers Market has even more of what customers love this year, featuring 14 vendors, and double the produce!

Right now, local corn is in, and the Jersey tomatoes have started gracing the farmers’ stands. There are also fresh melons, peaches, plums, along with an abundance of other wonderful produce.

Vendor offerings include: fruit and vegetable plants, jams, jellies, and preserves, lots of fresh, locally grown, fruits and vegetables, soups, breakfast breads, gluten free baked goods, eggs, honey, cheese, donuts, cider, cut flowers, professional knife sharpening, ornamental flower plants, artisan breads, cookies, scones, focaccia bread, pickles, olives, hot peppers and other pickled vegetables, empanadas, fresh pasta sauces, ready to use pie fillings, pizza, chicken sausage and pepperoni rolls, grass-fed beef, pork, lamb, and poultry, fresh baked pies and much more!

Don’t forget to visit the ‘Buy Local’ corner and support the area's fine, local artisans, merchants and non-profits.

Sponsored by Sustainable West Milford, the market is held every Wednesday from 3 to 7 p.m., rain or shine, at 1452 Union Valley Road in West Milford – right next to Town Cycle in the West Milford Presbyterian Church parking lot. Weekly live music, cooking demonstrations with recipes and other local events make this the community gathering place to be on Wednesday afternoons.
