Paul Tremarco of Hewitt passed away Saturday Feb. 4, 2012. He was 63.
Born in Newark, he lived in Nutley before moving to Hewitt 40 years ago. Mr. Tremarco was a former union dock builder for Local #1456, New York City before retiring, and was a Vietnam Veteran serving in the Air Force. Paul was also a member of West Milford American Legion Post #289.
Mr. Tremarco was the beloved husband of Jo-Ann Tremarco, nee Traeger, loving father of Lauren Dieckmann and Gregory Tremarco both of West Milford, son of Josephine Tremarco of Nutley, and grandfather of Dylan and Michael.
A funeral liturgy was held on Wednesday, Feb. 8 at Our Lady Queen of Peace Church, Hewitt. Arrangements were made by Richards Funeral Home, West Milford. Disposition was private.
