The foundation hires first-rate professional musicians who have performed with leading orchestras or chamber music groups in the United States and abroad. The foundation also sponsors a school outreach program in which musicians visit area elementary schools to perform for and interact with the students. Concert funding has been made available in part by the generosity of local corporate and private sponsors, and the New Jersey State Council on the Arts/Department of State, a partner agency of the National Endowment for the Arts, through the State/County Partnership Block Grant Program, administered by the Sussex County Arts and Heritage Council. New sponsors are always welcome. For more information or to be a sponsor, call Gail Niwa, Artistic Director, at 973-827-3186, or visit cmgg.org.
