WEST MILFORD — Learn to preserve all that great summer produce in a healthy and economical way. Sustainable West Milford's canning workshops will teach participants the basics of how to use water bath canners to preserve jam and/or vegetables. Fresh produce will be provided, and attendees are asked to bring six pint-sized canning jars with new seals and lids for each session. Sessions are:
Workshop 1: July 17: Blueberry Jam
Workshop 2: July 24: Corn Relish
Workshop 3: Aug. 7: Pickled Beets
