Music and dance at arts festival

Watch bands, dancers and more at an arts festival in Warwick or celebrate Irish culture in Greenwood Lake.

Saturday, Aug. 24

The Fuller Moon Arts Festival at Mountain Lake Park, 46 Bowen Road, Warwick, N.Y., kicks off at 11 a.m. with three live bands, workshops and a site-specific performance by the Warwick Dance Collective. This family-friendly event also features acrobats, drummers and young dancers from the Forces of Nature Dance Theatre. The full day of entertainment, presented by Wickham Works and the Warwick Center for the Performing Arts, costs $10 for adults and $5 for senior citizens and children age 6-18.

The Sunset Series continues with Stoneflower, a Santana tribute band that also plays hits by other rock legends, at 5 p.m. at Pennings Farm Cidery, 4 Warwick Turnpike, Warwick, The $10 cover charge includes one complimentary cider or beer.

At 7 p.m., After Party will rock J&S Roadhouse, 17 Wooley Road, with its lively covers.

The Greenwood Lake Summer Concert Series presents an Irish night beginning with a Gaelic Mass at 7 p.m. followed by a showing of the documentary “How to Defuse a Bomb” at the Thomas P. Morahan Waterfront Park, 7 Windermere Ave.

For those seeking high-energy hits, the Mighty Spectrum Band will perform at 7:30 p.m. at Cove Castle Restaurant, 13 Castle Court, Greenwood Lake.

Sunday, Aug. 25

Garrett Gardner will serenade diners at 1 p.m. at Cove Castle Restaurant for a relaxing afternoon by the lake.

The Ethan Levy Duo will perform at the Pennings Farm Market Beer Garden, 161 Route 94 S., Warwick, at 3 p.m., offering a lively outdoor set.

Simultaneously, High Noon will take the stage at J&S Roadhouse, delivering a mix of classic and modern country along with Southern rock favorites.

At 4 p.m., Michael Holmes & Terry McDonough will bring their acoustic selections to D’Boathaus, 322 Lakeside Road, Hewitt.

Tuesday, Aug. 27

Showcase your vocal talents as karaoke returns to Old School Pub & Grill, 551 Warwick Turnpike, Hewitt, at 8 p.m.

Wednesday, Aug. 28

DnA Duo will bring their musical talents to the West Milford Farmer’s Market, 1452 Union Valley Road, at 3:30 p.m. Enjoy an afternoon of live music while shopping for fresh local produce and artisan goods.

Friday, Aug. 30

At 6 p.m., Clam ‘n Jam returns to the Pennings Farm Beer Garden, offering seafood specials and a music-filled evening with Sean O’Flynn.

Also at 6 p.m., step into the spotlight with karaoke at Trail’s End Taphouse at GWL Garden Market, 1197 Route 17A, Greenwood Lake.

For rock enthusiasts, OC5 will be bringing another night of lively tunes at J&S Roadhouse starting at 7 p.m.

At the same time, Uncle Shoehorn with Dave Keys will be playing funky, fresh selections at Cove Castle Restaurant.

At 8 p.m., Rob Gorny will perform a solo acoustic set at Jimmy Geez North, 3219 Paterson Hamburg Turnpike, Oak Ridge, rounding out the night with some laid-back vibes.
