Nashville singer with local ties to perform live Dec. 16

WEST MILFORD - A local songwriter who has lived in Nashville is coming home to perform a special live show at the North Jersey Guitar and Music Center, the store announced in a press release.
Emma Brooke, 23, is a independent singer/songwriter from West Milford will perform at 5 p.m. Dec. 16.
She has lived in Nashville, Tennessee, since September 2014.
She has strength as a solo writer but also loves cowriting with friends and artists that she believes in.
Emma’s main country music influences are Lee Ann Womack, Kacey Musgraves, Dolly Parton, and Brandy Clark.
In pop music she is influenced by Ariana Grande, Selena Gomez, Rihanna and Zara Larsson.
North Jersey Guitar & Music Center Owner Shawn Reams said he is excited about bringing live music performances to the store on Union Valley Road.
"We are very much looking to this concert. Emma is a tremendous talent and we are so thrilled she will be performing in our new location. We hope to have live music like this several times a year," he said. "We want to add some culture to the town - we are surrounded by so much great local talent. Let's support our local artists and really discover the amazing abundance of talent thats right here in our community."
