Meghan Kawka, daughter of Mr. & Mrs. Gary Kawka of Sparta, will attend Brandeis University in Waltham, Mass., beginning fall semester 2004. Characterized by academic excellence since its founding in 1948, Brandeis combines the faculty and resources of a world-class research university with the intimacy and personal attention of a small liberal arts college. Named for Supreme Court Justice Louis D. Brandeis, known as "the people's lawyer," the university is renowned for its commitment to social justice. Graduates depart to pursue careers in a wide array of fields, and advanced studies in the nation's leading graduate and professional schools. Matt Molski, a rising senior majoring in chemistry at The College of New Jersey with a 3.834 GPA, has been named to the 2004 Academic All-America College Division Cross Country-Track National Second Team. A three-time TCNJ Scholar-Athletes honoree, Molski earned All-America honors in 2004 at the NCAA Indoor Championships in the distance medley relay. Molski also is part of TCNJ's school record holding indoor distance medley relay team. In addition, he holds TCNJ's indoor record in the one mile.
