West Milford club opens registration for photography contest, exhibition

The West Milford Camera Club announces our 28th Annual Contest & Exhibition will be held on Saturday, May 5.
The contest is open to the general public all over the state.
The camera club has been holding the exhibition for nearly three decades and has drawn photographers from around the state.
Since 1991, the contest and exhibition has been the highlight of the local club's year. Since 1991 the contest has been held in autumn, but this year that changes as it moves to the Spring.
Contest rules, guidelinesContest is open to all, but subject matter must be in good taste.
Photographs must be the work of the entrant (subject to verification).
Photographs may be either color, or black & white, there are no separate categories.
Due to display restrictions, matte size shall not exceed 20" X 24" (or 320 sq. inches overall).
There is no limit on the amount of entries.
Photographs must be securely framed and wired. Only "ready-to-hang" entries will be accepted. (View Hanging Requirements on website,www.westmilfordcameraclub.org)
An entry fee of $5, or $4 for members, and a completed entry form must accompany each photograph (see the website).
Checks should be payable to the West Milford Camera Club.
Previous ribbon winning photographs may not be submitted again.
No Entries will be accepted on the show date.
Judges' decisions are final.
Entries must be picked up at the conclusion of the show (4 p.m. on Saturday, May 5).

All are welcomed and encouraged to show your photos!
Entries may be dropped off at upstairs from the main library on Friday, May 4, between 6 and 9 p.m.
