The West Milford Board of Education recognized Trustee Barbara Carter at its March 27 meeting for her service as a member of the board for the past three years. Board President Dave Richards presented Carter with a plaque in appreciation for her tenure. During her term as a trustee, Carter served on the Personnel, Budget and Finance, Transportation, Operations, and Capital Improvements committees, and chaired the Education Committee. Carter chose not to run for re-election to the board this year.
