It is with deepest sorrow to announce that Maribeth Romaine, nee Pier, of Hewitt, passed away on May 29, 2016 at the age of 56.
A family statement read: “All of us who know Maribeth know and will always remember her compassion for animals, the joy of riding her motorcycle, and sharing amazing experiences with her, such as the unforgettable moment she had in Florida when a beautiful dragonfly landed on her head long enough to capture it in a photo. Her love for that photo will forever live on with us all each time we see a dragonfly.
"Although she is no longer physically with us, this saddened community will never forget her one-of-a-kind and infectious laugh, beautiful, caring soul, and astonishing personality.”
