The West Milford Parks and Recreation Department is offering a number of creative art classes for children. For preschoolers and their caregivers, there is a class for children two-and-a-half to three years of age (Thursdays, starting September 29) and a "Mini-Master" for children three and four years of age (Mondays, starting September 26). For school-aged children, "Fun Fives" will be held on Mondays for five-year-olds; "Introduction to Basics" for six- through eight-year-olds, which will be held on Mondays or Thursdays; and Discovering Great Artists" for children eight to ten. All classes will start on September 26 or 29. These classes are being taught by Jill Dunlop, a certified New Jersey Pre-K to 8th grade teacher. All classes will be held at the Hillcrest Community Center, and cost $45 for residents and $55 for non-residents. For more information call 973-728-2860.
