VERNON Save money on your Mt. Creek season ski passes. The West Milford Parks and Recreation Department is offering a Mountain Creek season ski pass sale again this winter. This season pass sale will be held from October 9 through November 20. Two options are available this year. All Access Passes for youth (ages 7 to 18) can be purchased for $349. After November 21 the price for these passes will be $449 for youth. Adult All Access Passes (ages 19 to 79) can be purchased for $399. The price for these passes after November 20 is $499. A new option available this year is the 5 X 7 pass. This allows the skier to ski Monday through Friday, both day and night and Saturday and Sunday from 3 to 9 p.m. The youth 5 X 7 season pass is $179 ($279 after Nov. 20) and the adult 5 X 7 season pass is $199 ($299 after Nov. 20). Children 6 and under can ski for free with a ticketed adult. A birth certificate must be shown to verify age. Holders of season passes get 20 percent off food at the resort, discounted rates on lodging, discounts on retail, rentals and repairs, $10 lift tickets at Stratton during the early and late season and 50 percent off on tickets at other Intrawest Resorts. Application and waivers (which must be signed by legal guardians for minors) are available at the Parks and Recreation Office located in Hillcrest Community Center. These applications must be completed and accompanied with full payment by Tuesday, November 20. Make checks payable to West Milford Parks and Recreation.
