Theresa and Tiffany Santa Lucia stand proudly by their 6 foot, first place trophies earned for breaking at the 14th annual Friendship Tournament held last month at Clifton High School and sponsored by Sheik’s Tae Kwon Do of Newfoundland. Theresa, 9, a fourth grade student at Paradise Knoll Elementary School, is a black belt candidate and has been taking Tae Kwon Do at Sheik’s Family Fitness for over five years. Tiffany, 4, has been taking classes for almost a year and is now a yellow belt.
