Joanna M. Wagner, left, was named Elk of the Year at the West Milford Elks Lodge 2236 for the 2010-2011 year last weekend. Wagner is the public relations chairperson for the lodge. Esteemed Loyal Knight Donna Jean Neill, right, received the Officer of the Year award. Both awards were presented by Exalted Ruler Angelo Silvestri, center.
