9 Cub Scouts cross over

Cub Scouts Pack 9 held its annual Blue and Gold Ceremony in June at St. Joseph Church in West Milford.
The Webelos II’s were honored for their achievements.
Nine Scouts crossed over into Troop 44 at the West Milford Presbyterian Church.
Sean Comune, Joseph Courtney, Sammy Morgan and Denis Welch have been with Pack 9 for six years, starting as Lions.
During the bridging ceremony, Assistant Scoutmaster of Troop 44 Rob Krautheim and his son Danny, who is working toward his Eagle Scout, were at the other end of the bridge to welcome the newest members.
The nine scouts who crossed over received their arrow of light from Cubmaster Adam Courtney before their new neckerchiefs were placed around their necks.
