Members of West Milford’s Boy Scout Troop 114 camped overnight at Sandy Hook on Saturday. The scouts spent part of the day performing service work by helping to clear the beach of debris. Troop 114 meets every Wednesday at St. Joseph’s Church on Germantown Road.
