College of St. Elizabeth, PCCC sign articulation agreement

MORRISTOWN — The presidents of the College of Saint Elizabeth (CSE) and Passaic County Community College (PCCC) signed an articulation agreement that will allow for a seamless transition for eligible students to move from PCCC to CSE to complete their bachelor’s degree in psychology, sociology or criminal justice, or to move into CSE combined bachelor’s/master’s program upon successfully completing the associate’s degree.

Drs. Helen J. Streubert and Steven M. Rose, presidents of the College of St. Elizabeth and Passaic County Community College, respectively, signed the agreement which will take effect in January of 2016. It includes a dual admission program, on-site admission counseling at PCCC’s Wanaque campus, and CSE criminal justice courses being offered at the Wanaque campus. The agreement also allows for financial aid eligibility through CSE upon completion of the associate’s degree at PCCC.

“This agreement is an opportunity for deserving students to achieve a bachelor’s or master’s degree at CSE by starting at a local two-year college," said Streubert. "Passaic County Community College offers a high level of education that is in agreement with our standards and values. We welcome both men and women to our campus and our programs.”
