Cub pack launches into rocketry
West Milford. A local Cub Scout pack learned about rockets Saturday, building and launching their own designs at the Wallisch Farm.

On Saturday, Cub Scout Pack 9 and their families gathered at the Wallisch Farm on Lincoln Avenue in West Milford to participate in a model rocket launch.
Scouts of all ages brought their assembled and designed models to earn their rocketry badge.
The weather held out just enough for each child to get one launch in, watching their designs gracefully float to the ground on deployed parachutes.
