Dancers dazzle Jefferson Chase residents

JEFFERSON — The competition team dancers of Diane's Dance Academy 23 of Newfoundland performed to the delight of the senior citizen residents of Jefferson Chase in Jefferson.

Particularly thrilled were the grandparents of Katie Stoppiello, 15, of Oak Ridge who reside at Jefferson Chase. They and their neighbors were so happy to see their granddaughter and her teammates perform their competition dances. The residents of Jefferson Chase look forward to the dancers yearly performances and have already requested a return visit for next year.

The dancers are now into their competition season with the soloists, duo and trio dancers performing at Starbound in Paramus. The other competitions will take place throughout the spring and summer in Sparta and Somerset, and finally at the Beyond The Stars National Competition in Atlantic City in July.
