Elks Halloween dance is a real scream

WEST MILFORD — The West Milford Elks hosted its Halloween dance and had quite the array of characters show up. From funny to scary to down right hilarious, everyone came to have a good time and impress with their costumes. The Shed Band kept everyone up and dancing all night.
