On Friday, Nov. 4, Junior Girl Scout Troop #94899 visited Sheik's Gymnastics on Rt. 23 and participated in a self defense demonstration. Girls and their parents learned techniques to defend themselves in a variety of situations. Eight of the Junior Girl Scouts attended. With the girls taking more of an active role in leading the troop this year, Bella DeBonis planned and organized this event.
