Adorable police officer and cute-as-a button prisoner. Lorelie, six months, and four yer old Bryelle Colaku, a great sister act at the Halloween Parade in West Milford on 10/27/12. Community Services and Rec hosted a fun day for the kids at holiday decorated Bubbling Springs Park complete with costume parade, trophies, music, a hay ride and a Trunk or Treat as a finale. WEST MILFORD — Just days before the super storm hit the township last week and thousands lost their power, West Milford celebrated Halloween. With its annual parade and picnic held at Bubbling Springs, complete with hot dogs, kids and adults alike enjoyed some light-hearted moments and some great fun.
