One of the most fun days of the school year is Dr. Seuss's birthday on March 2. It has become part of the National Education Association's "Read Across America" event. West Milford schools participated in the week-long celebration. Guest readers came to the elementary schools and there were fun activities throughout the week, including dressing as your favorite Seuss character, Mustache Day for "The Lorax," and crazy socks or mismatched clothing for "Fox in Socks." Here, Kimberly Volz, Katie Bonforte and Sharon Jensen, second grade teachers at Paradise Knoll, dressed to impress on Wacky Wednesday.
