Santa, escorted by members of Upper Greenwood Lake Volunteer Fire Company 5 made a stop at Mt. Laurel Park in Hewitt to visit with children of all ages Sunday, Dec. 18. The Grinch made a surprise appearance, trying his best to squash the fun, but the Elf on the truck kept him at bay.
Meanwhile, members of Greenwood Forest Volunteer Fire Company 3 pulled a sleigh carrying Santa and his helpers up and down streets to wish residents a merry Christmas.
