Ringwood Christian students celebrate Bible contest success

Ringwood Christian School students recently participated in the annual Northern New Jersey Christian School Association Bible Contest and achieved outstanding success. Over 80 students from five northern New Jersey Christian schools participated. Competition was held at each grade level from third through eighth. Individual scores were compiled to compose team scores.

Five of the Ringwood Christian School’s 12 team members received awards for their outstanding achievement. Hailey Bysterbusch placed first for the third grade and Cayla Brodeur placed first for sixth grade. Victoria Mulligan, Caleb Raudenbush and Ella Koeber placed third for their grade levels. Team members also included Jonathan Mulligan, Cole Foster, Hayley Carlsen, Rebecca Kneppel, Katie Raudenbush and Megan Schanzenbach.

On a team level, Ringwood Christian School placed second in Division I and third in Division II (grades 6 through 8). Teachers Kelly Braunius, Cheryl Bradon and Dawn Carlsen served as the team’s coaches.
