Ringwood Christian students stand out in science

— Ringwood Christian School recently participated in the Association of Christian Schools International Regional Science Fair, earning seven of the 18 medals awarded.

The school's team was composed of 11 sixth through eighth grade students. Each school is permitted to enter two physical science and two life science projects per grade level.

Natalie Koeber, Sawyer Moen, Stacy Moen, and Christian Rolando earned gold medals at their grade level and division. Katie Raudenbush and Shannon Philippi earned silver medals at their grade level. Aren Koeber earned a bronze medal at his grade level.

Also participating on the team were Haley Carlsen, Ben Ligus, Rachel Ligus, and Julia Weis. Dr. Donna Furrey, school administrator, coached this year's team.
