American Legion Post 289 in West Milford hosted a luncheon Tuesday, Dec. 1, for 40 veterans from the Paramus Veterans Home. The veterans enjoyed a lunch prepared by the three groups of the post - the Legion, Sons of American Legion and the Woman's Auxiliary. And for desert, Noble Pies of Warwick, N.Y., donated some delicious, homemade pies. After lunch the group enjoyed games, music and some dancing. Pictured here is Gloria Berry, president of the Frank M. Sell American Legion Post 289 Women's Auxiliary, proudly serving those who proudly served their country.
