Inserra Supermarkets will begin interior renovations on its ShopRite of West Milford store later this spring. The store will remain open during the renovations.
The interior upgrades will feature expanded produce, organic offerings and greater variety of all product lines, according to a release from the company.
Exterior upgrades are currently underway and will include improvements to the parking area. Additional streetscape improvements along Union Valley and Marshall Hill Roads are expected to commence on issuance of a county right-of-way permit. New signage for ShopRite of West Milford and the retail tenants will be erected in June.
“We are pleased to move forward with updating this ShopRite store and are targeting fall of 2016 for the completion of work,” said Lawrence Inserra, Jr., chairman and CEO of the family-owned chain, which owns and operates 22 ShopRite supermarkets in New Jersey and New York. “Our goal with the renovations is to further enhance the shopping experience for all of our customers in West Milford.”
The store is located at the corner of Union Valley and Marshall Hill Roads and has operated there since the 1960s. The store will remain open during the renovations.
