Driving by any of the eight schools in West Milford on Friday, Sept. 21, you would have been treated to a colorful sight of...pinwheels. "Pinwheels for Peace" is a celebration of International Day of Peace. West Milford participated by having students create their own pinwheels during art class and plant them into the ground.
“In today’s world, peace needs to become more than just a word,” according to the organizers.
