WEST MILFORD — West Milford Hockey is holding its 8th annual golf outing on Thursday, May 16, at Berkshire Valley Golf Course in Jefferson. One hundred percent of the proceeds from the outing will be used to purchase ice time for the kids in the program.
For the past 20 years, the West Milford Hockey organization's volunteers have been raising funds for the sole purpose of getting children involved in ice hockey.
Prizes will be awarded for longest drive, best team score, closest to the pin and hole in one.
The cost is $150 for each individual golfer or $575 for a foursome. The fee includes golf, cart, beer at the turn, driving range time, dinner, door prizes and four holes in one chances. Non golfers may attend dinner for $50.
Registration begins at 11 a.m. Driving range time is from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. with a shot gun start at 1 p.m. Dinner is at 5 p.m. and raffles and prizes begin at 6 p.m.
