WEST MILFORD Milford resident Evan Savona won a life size cutout of Greg Heffley, the main character of the Diary of a Wimpy Kid book series, for participating in West Milford Township Librarys Diary of a Wimpy Kid contest.
In Cabin Fever, the sixth book in the series, Greg creates a newspaper so that he can decide what is newsworthy. The library invited children ages 8 to 12 to write a creative article featuring their thoughts, opinions, or an original idea just like Greg did. Evan's work will be displayed on the Children's Room bulletin board during the month of March.
