It was a perfect evening for the graduation. The graduates joy was hard to contain.

Photos by Patricia Keller The graduates all stood up and turned to their families in the stands Tuesday night and waved, showing their appreciation for the support that got them to this point in their lives.

We did it! Longtime friends and classmates had reason to celebrate. Then it was on to Project Graduation!
WEST MILFORD A milestone reached. Three hundred forty Highlanders graduated from West Milford High School Tuesday night, surrounded by their families, friends and teachers. Now they look forward to their futures, many as college students, some as members of the job force and the military.
This class's gift to the school was a joint endeavor with the classes of 2008, 2009, 2010 and 2011. A new electronic sign will now announce Highlander news for all to see, thanks to these and past students.
Wherever life takes them, they will always be Highlanders.
Congratulations to the Class of 2012. Make us proud.
