Students at Maple Road School were treated to a special assembly — the Earth Dome. The Earth Dome is a gigantic, inflatable globe that stands 19 feet high and 22 feet in diameter. Students are guided through a trip around and inside the world. They explored continents, visited countries and studied the structure of the earth from the inside out. They went inside of the globe too! The assembly was brought to Maple Road by Mobile Education Productions. Even Principal Bill Kane got into the act.
