Boy Scout Troop 114 of West Milford recognized Francesco Petrosillo and Luke Slifer as Eagle Scouts on March 15.
Eagle is the highest rank in Scouting and is achieved by less than 3 percent of all Scouts.
The Scouts and their families were joined by dignitaries from West Milford and beyond.
Troop 114 is sponsored by St. Joseph’s RC Church, West Milford, and was founded in 1960. The troop has recognized 128 Eagle Scouts in that time.
