West Milford Animal Shelter hosts annual Dog Walk
West Milford. Between 80-100 people and their pets took part in the West Milford Animal Shelter's annual Dog Walk on Sunday.
The West Milford Animal Shelter hosted its annual dog walk on Sunday, Sept. 15 with a tie dye theme.
According to shelter officials, "it was a glorious day of weather and fun enjoyed by approximately 100 families and their pets who got their 'groove on.'"
Jaimee Wenzel of Applaws Dog Training provided a dog training demonstration, which was then followed by contests.
The photo booth and props provided an opportunity for family photos.
Prizes were awarded with games and new shelter merchandise was well received by those in attendance.
The shelter would like to thank everyone for making this another successful and fun event.
Additional photos can be viewed on the West Milford Animal Shelter Facebook page.
The shelter is located on Lycosky Drive (behind recycling).
