Man charged with terroristic threats

Anthony Walker, 50, of West Milford faces terroristic threats among other charges after he was arrested July 1, Wayne police said.

Officers responded to reports of a man shouting profanities and making profane gestures to patrons at Seven Tribesman Brewery about 8 p.m.

They found the man arguing with the bartender and tried to calm him.

When he continued to argue and exhibited aggressive behavior, they warned him that he would be arrested. Police said he took a fighting stance and was arrested.

Walker remained uncooperative and spit at an officer, police said.

He also was charged with disorderly conduct, throwing bodily fluids at a law enforcement officer, refusal to provide a DNA sample and refusal to submit to identification procedures.

He was taken to the Passaic County Jail.
