A West Milford resident faces federal drug possession and conspiracy to distribute charges, according to an indictment filed Dec. 14 in U.S. District Court in Brooklyn.
Leonardo Petrosillo of West Milford and Edwin Spears of Newark were charged with possession of cocaine and marijuana, conspiracy to distribute those controlled substances and conspiracy to export them to the United Kingdom.
They also were charged with possession of three fraudulent New Jersey driver licenses and two fraudulent Social Security Administration cards.
