WEST MILFORD — RE/MAX Classic Group Realtors were recently awarded the Circle of Excellence award by the Passaic County Board of Realtors. Linda McCullough was awarded the Silver Level, and Lisa Gaertner and Mark Royer were awarded the Bronze Level. These awards distinguish these agents as top producers in the state. To achieve a silver level in sales, an agent must reach $7.5 million in sales and sell a minimum of 20 units or sell 70 units with no dollar minimum. Bronze level agents must sell either 30 units or a combination of $3 million in sales and 15 units. Membership in the sales achievement clubs is the goal of every RE/MAX associate. Out of approximately 3,000 Realtors in the Passaic County Board of Realtors, 145 received club awards in 2008. The agents of RE/MAX Classic Group are among the top five percent in the entire area.
