WEST MILFORD Real Estate Consultants, Realtors® has launched its newly designed, interactive web site while maintaining its original domain of: www.recnj.com. The site was specifically designed to be user friend and easy-to-maneuver, even for the novice. Real Estate Consultants’ new site features its own listings, plus the site now features all properties listed on the Multiple Listing Service from companies agreeing to participate in the Internet Data Exchange throughout Northern and Central New Jersey. The exchange is a technology-based program which allows brokers to “opt in,” electing to participate and have their companies listings posted to the data base. Another enhancement on Real Estate Consultants’ new web site is the full house virtual tours of all of its listings. Far more comprehensive than other virtual tours, the hi-tech tours always include both still and panoramic views of every room in the home so that the viewer can literally walk through the interior and really get a feel for the home’s flow and dynamics. Equally important to potential buyer are the exterior photos of the home, its yard and its neighborhood. Unique characteristics of the home are also spotlighted, i.e., cedar closet, pool, wine cellar, window seats, etc.
