The top-seeded Highlanders came up just short in the Passaic County Tournament final, falling to second-seeded Passaic Tech, 3-1, on Wednesday, Jan. 18 at the Ice Vault in Wayne.
Passaic Tech, who repeated as PCT champion, led, 2-0, before West Milford’s Timmy Riche cut the deficit in half with a goal, assisted by Joe Barroquerio and Sean Hughes.
