James DeVore 11/4/05 - DWI - Route 23 Michael O’Neill, Bloomingdale, Age 26 Above was stopped and detained by Butler Police Officer George Beyloune in the parking lot of Stop and Shop on Route 23 in Butler. The accused was detained in reference to a motor vehicle accident that had occurred at Shenanigans Pub in the Township of West Milford. Upon officer’s arrival, the investigation was continued. Driver was arrested for DWI. P.O. Tyrus Hicks 11/7/05 - DWI - Union Valley Road Joseph Lima, West Milford, Age 22 Officer driving north on Union Valley Road near Greenbrook Estates observed the above river pass heading south on Union Valley Road. Vehicle was stopped, approached and driver was found to be DWI. P.O. Michael Malfetti 11/3/05 - DWI - Route 23 N Steven Lukowski, Oak Ridge, Age 53 Officer running radar on Route 23 observed vehicle pass at a high rate of speed. Officer stopped vehicle.
