‘A simple solution is voter ID laws, which are anathema to Democrats’

Arthur Williams (7/23 - 29) declared that anyone who didn’t think that the events of January 6th at the US Capitol were an insurrection, then that person is “blind and biased.”

The “insurrection” is still under investigation and involvement by the FBI and Antifa are being looked into.

I posit that if this were indeed carried out by Antifa and BLM (or any other Marxist group), it would be characterized by the media and Democrats (same thing) as “a mostly peaceful protest,” although there would have to be buildings set on fire and many more deaths to deserve that appellation.

As for the “For The People Act,” even though it has a benign name, it would federalize voting, which presently falls under the purview of the states and mandates ballot harvesting, which is currently outlawed in many states due to the potential for fraud. There are other objectionable parts, but you get the idea.

A simple solution is voter ID laws, which are anathema to Democrats.
